Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain and update company databases
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors and staff
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
