Position Summary : Responsible for all payment posting demands.
Position Responsibilities
- Post all payments (checks, garnishments, money orders and cash)
- Issue refunds on overpayments
- Create the daily balance sheet
- Balance cash drawer
- Electronically deposit checks
- Complete the Wells Fargo ACH deposits to clients daily, weekly and monthly
- Post client checks
- Send all client ACH transfers thru Wells Fargo
- Post all Forwarding checks
- Process all Wells Fargo returned checks
- Back up to run the Batch Payment Wizard for Credit Cards and ACH's daily
- Back up to post Credit card and ACH batches
- Back up to post all direct payments manually and thru the Exchange
- Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned periodically by management

Salary : $16 - $20 hourly - Job typically starts at $16 an hour
