Corporate Finance Manager

Position Description: Professional Golf Planners of America, LLC (PGPA) Corporate Finance Manager

Basic Function: The Corporate Finance Manager position maintains the integrity of the financial statements and client reports while advising on the future of a growing organization.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Provide high-level analysis of company financial performance and improvement opportunities
• Annual and monthly budgeting
• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
• Reconcile customer profit and expense statements
• Issue invoices to customers
• Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
• Conduct a monthly reconciliation of all PGPA bank accounts (Including company Credit Cards)
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
• Issue financial statements: Income Statement & Balance Sheet
• Provide information to the external accountant to prepare required government filings
• Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit
• Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements
• Maintain an orderly accounting system
• Maintain the chart of accounts
• Calculate variances from the budget and report issues to management
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
• Process payroll in a timely manner

Desired Qualifications: The Corporate Finance Manager candidate should have an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as knowledge of bookkeeping and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software package

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
