Position: Rotation Coordinator
Department: Referral Management
Reports to: Referral Manager
Position Description:
The Rotation Coordinator is responsible for efficiently and effectively assigning referrals to various departments within the organization. The Rotation Coordinator maintains accurate records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the policies of tango.
Office Location:
- Office located at 7600 North 16th Street, Suite 140 Phoenix, AZ 85020 (Remote)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities of the Rotation Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:
- Distribute and assign referrals to the appropriate Referral Management team members in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various teams within referral management to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care is achieved.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED, some college
- Medical office experience as a Medical Assistant or in a Front Office related role required.
- Prior customer service experience in a medical field preferred
- Has extensive knowledge and experience including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, and ability to navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Typing speeds >60 WPM with >95% Accuracy.
- Reading speeds >250 WPM with >90% Comprehension.
- Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and Holidays.
- Must have reliable internet or be willing to commute to the office.

- Detail oriented and displays good organizational skills.
- Capable of following an issue through to its conclusion.
