tango is a leader in the home care health management industry and is preparing for significant growth! We are hiring a Recruiting Partner or Talent Acquisition Partner or Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a primary focus on recruitment. This individual should possess deep expertise in HR recruitment strategies and best practices, exhibit outstanding communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Execute full life cycle recruiting from candidate attraction through onboarding. Partner with HR Manager and hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies, demand plan, understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the hiring process
- Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent
- Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements
- Maintain pipeline activity to ensure data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Support workforce planning and recruiting projection process for the organization in partnership with HR Manager
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership team
- Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, recommend viable candidates to hiring managers for future consideration, lead / facilitate candidate interview feedback session
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback from interviewers, and facilitate the decision-making process
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process including keep warm strategy
- Coordinate pre-employment processes, such as background checks and drug screenings in partnership with the HR Assistant
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Review recruitment needs of the different departments and schedule weekly meetings with leaders
- Support employee onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Employee Onboarding:
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring their smooth integration into the organization.
- Provide clear and comprehensive benefits information to new employees, offering support with benefits enrollment as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment full cycle required
- Experience recruiting in Health Care required.
- Experience in high volume (frontline) full cycle recruiting
- Strong understanding and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems
- Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
- Strong experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and benefits.
- Strong customer service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Strong candidate assessment and in-person and virtual interviewing skills required, including ability to effectively evaluate candidates’ visibility for organization fit and fulfillment of position requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
