Professional Home Health Care Agency is seeking dedicated QAPI Registered Nurses for our Knox and Whitley service area. The QAPI RN provides quality patient care via the development, implementation, and evaluation of individual patient care plans.

Job Qualifications:
- Holds current Registered Nurse license with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Kentucky or Compact state.
- One year of related experience in a clinical environment in Med/Surg, ICU/CCU or home health, preferred.
