What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver / Homemaker position at Professional Home Health Care?
Caregiver needed to provide compassionate care to clients in their homes. No experience required. Homemaking and personal care skills needed.
Duties:
- Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in their homes
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Homemaking including cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping
- Clean and maintain the living areas, including bedrooms, common areas, and bathrooms
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects or individuals (up to 25 pounds)
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals of varying abilities and needs
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
