Professional Home Health Care is hiring an RN to make home visits in Pueblo. One full-time position open. PRN part-time position also open. LPNs may also apply.
Experience in homecare preferred but we do offer a great training program if you are new to the field of homecare. New grads welcome!
Benefits:

Qualification:
- Current Colorado Nursing license
- Valid Driver’s license, clean MVR, and proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Makes home visits and provides care ordered by the physician.
- Assessed patients’ needs, reports findings to physician, obtains orders for new needs, and implements the care plan.
- Assures that all documentation is available in the electronic record within the deadlines.
