Scheduler needed for homecare agency. M-F, 8-5 at our office.

Requirements:
- experience with home health care scheduling or similar health care scheduling required
- Associates degree preferred.
- experience working in an office required
- exceptional computer skills required
- schedule visits, match employees with home health clients
- monitor and re-schedule to ensure employees have required number of visits per week
- assist with new client intakes and scheduling their first home visit
- supervise personal care providers
- medical records maintenance and checking for quality assurance
- data entry
- ensure aide staff follow client plan of care
- assist manager as requested
- answering phone lines
