Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact with customers via telephone, email or in person.
- Answer incoming calls and manage service inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage all customer service requests by inputting all relevant information into our point-of-sale system.
- Manage email communications and schedule service appointments, boat pick up, deliveries and drop offs.
- Work with the service manager daily to review all outstanding work requests and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Proficiency in workflows: customer setup, maintain customer relationships by assigning recurring services.
- Demonstrate excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- Schedule and manage daily client appointments, including both new and existing accounts
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in high demand customer service environments.
- Ability and desire to handle both inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Proficiency in scheduling using software tools, including DocuSign and ERP systems a plus.
- Previous experience in service coordination, sales role or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong customer management skills.
- The ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
- A professional approach must speak clearly and have a pleasant telephone manner.

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
