Key Responsibilities:

• Boat Handling & Transport. Safely operate a forklift transporting boats, moving boats in and out of service and storage buildings.
• Assist in boat hauling, loading and unloading using trucks and trailers without causing any damage to our customers boats.
• Ensure boats are handled with care like it is your own.

Yard & Facility Maintenance

• Keep the yard organized and clean to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks when forklift use isn't needed

Customer & Team Support

• Work with the service and sales teams to coordinate boat movement and storage.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading their boat at drop off and pickup
• Communicate effectively with the team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating forklifts, transporting trailers or boats by truck, or heavy equipment
• Ability to maneuver and transport boats safely in a busy yard environment without damaging boats
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail, safety and efficiency
• Team oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
