Drain Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Drain Technician to join our team. As a Drain Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drain-related issues in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on position that requires expertise in construction plumbing, knowledge of schematics, and the ability to operate power tools.

```Duties```
- Conduct drain inspections to identify blockages or leaks
- Clear clogged drains using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair or replace damaged pipes, fittings, or fixtures as needed
- Install new drain systems in accordance with construction plans
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Commercial driving experience (valid driver's license required)
- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in operating power tools for drilling, cutting, and assembly
- Experience with pipe threading and joining techniques
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic understanding of their components
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and estimating material quantities
- Proficient in using hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, and pipe cutters
