Job Description
Exciting new opportunity for a Client Services Director! Be part of an innovative Life Care Management Organization!
Some duties include:
Assumes management responsibility for the fiscal and operational activities of the organization and is responsible for long-term planning, organizing, directing and staffing of the Agency.
Plans and develops new programs, recruits and interviews management personnel and establishes procedures for measuring quality care and organizational performance.
Directs and administers day-to-day activities of Company’s Programs in accordance with established policies to provide high quality health care services. Ensures economical and efficient performance under guidance of organization’s goals, objectives, and operating budget.
Directs, supervises, and governs all home care programs including nursing, therapy, home care, and care management support. Plans, implements and maintains policies and procedures for home care and care management programs to ensure quality patient care and services.
Directs staff providing non-clinical services to clients. Establishes and maintains policies and procedures for client services like intake, coordination of care, discharge and billing. Ensures service quality goals are met.
Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives.
