This female client loves to smile and have fun with her nurses. She lives at home with her mother in Pottstown, PA. She loves to color, listen to Elvis and go outside. She enjoys picking out her outfits and accessories, adding sparkles wherever she can. She is a pivot transfer to her w/c, shower chair and bed. There is a modified lift in the home. If you would like to help a great patient and mom, we would love to hear from you.
Essential Functions:
- Follow the nursing process in all areas of patient care.
- Pivot transfers, fall precautions, and aspiration precautions.
- Uses established seizure protocols for seizure management as written by the neurologists.
- Accurately documents assessments, treatments, and interventions.
- Notifies the family and management of any concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid, active Pennsylvania RN or LPN License
- Current CPR (or be willing to take a class)
- 1 year experience post graduation preferred, but will train the right new grad.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- MON, TUES, WED, THURS NIGHT SHIFTS 10P-7A
- WEEKENDS: Saturday Sunday DAYS and EVENINGS, 7a-3p AND 3p-10p
- WEEKDAY Wednesday, Thursday Friday, EVENINGS 4p-10p
- PRN SHIFTS AS NEEDED
