We are seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain with a strong background in commercial, retail and industrial projects. This in-office role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD . The ideal candidate will produce construction documents, and coordinate with consultants to ensure project success. This position involves managing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring quality and accuracy while meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
Construction Documentation :
Develop detailed construction documents with a high level of precision using Revit and AutoCAD .
- Ensure documents comply with building codes, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Lead the assembly of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Design Development and Coordination :
Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop design solutions that align with project goals and client expectations.
Construction Administration :
Coordinate RFI (Requests for Information) and Submittal Reviews , ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Team Leadership and Communication :
Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Client and Project Management (As Applicable) :
Engage with clients to provide project status updates and address design or construction issues.
