Experience Required : 10 Years in Commercial, Retail and Industrial Projects
Education Perferred : Professional Architectural Degree
Licensure : Preferred (Licensed Architect)
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and industrial projects. This in-office role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to guide a team through all phases of design and construction, and a passion for technology-driven practice. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD , possess strategic project management capabilities, and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership and Team Coordination :
Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, and consultants through all phases of design, documentation, and construction.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Set clear goals, expectations, and deliverables, ensuring project milestones are met.
Design Development and Documentation :
Develop detailed construction documents with a high level of precision using Revit and AutoCAD
Project Scheduling and Resource Management :
Schedule and track projects in alignment with contractual obligations, client needs, and resource availability.
Construction Administration and Compliance :
Monitor construction progress for compliance with contract documents and design intent.
Client Engagement and Stakeholder Communication :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication of project status, challenges, and solutions.
