Job Summary : The temporary Advocacy & Education Social Media role will support social media initiatives tailored to the U.S. Education, Advocacy, and Operations division’s objectives. Working closely with our US Communications team, this role will help execute strategic plans to elevate our online presence and engage with our audience effectively.
You will be responsible for :
- Working directly with providers on content for Advocacy programming, this role along with the Education, Advocacy, and Education team will manage compliance needs responsibility for Promotional Review Committee (PRC) review and approval of all content.
- Crafting compelling and relevant content, tailored to diverse social media platforms.
- Developing and managing a comprehensive content calendar to ensure cohesive messaging and work with North America Communications for approved scheduling on social.
- Contributing to the creation of processes and best practices for social media stakeholders within the Education, Advocacy, and Operations division.
- Taking charge of a social media-focused project from conceptualization to completion, with regular progress updates for the team to include regular updates to the North America Communications team to ensure advance scheduling for corporate channels.
- Develop customized templates for all U.S. speakers and work with the operations team on additional content.
