Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to lawyer
- Handle communication with clients
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Draft motions
- Assist in preparing discovery answers and responses
- Prepare notice of filings re: medical affidavits
- calendaring
- Pre litigation and post litigation trial experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in legal assistance
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
