- Listings management support: Assist in maintaining accurate and updated business listings on various platforms such as Google My Business, Yelp, ZocDoc, and WB Mason
- Reputation management: Monitoring, maintaining, and responding to patient reviews on all third-party sites
- Database maintenance: Run audits and contribute to the accuracy and organization of the marketing department's databases within Teams and on third party sites.
- Event & sponsorship support: Assist with all marketing processes related to events and sponsorships
- Social media: Assist with marketing initiatives, including campaign planning and execution; organize and track submissions for internal programs like "Summer Fun Fridays".
