What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Estimator position at Professional Placement Services?
We are looking for a qualified Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in weatherproofing and new construction projects to join a growing team in the Cleveland, OH, area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail & time management.
[Duties ]
- Responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate and manage all projects, and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
[Requirements ]
- Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator and/or project manager and be knowledgeable of project management and/or estimator principles
- Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor

- Pay Rage: $90k to $100k potential annual bonus opportunity
