You will be covering a 2-4 county region.We offer a total dealership package, including parts, service, body shop, extended warranty, finance, leasing and rental.QUALIFICATIONS : Previous B2B sales experience required, preferably in the truck, heavy equipment, automotive or related fields.Familiarity with Stark County and surrounding areas preferred.Ability to uncover customer needs in a consultative manner and match those needs with the appropriate features and benefits of a particular product.Ability to close sales with all levels of customers from fleet executives to single owner-operators.Some college education preferred.Mechanical aptitude is a definite plus.Strong attention to detail, especially regarding time management and organization.Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and email.Experience managing leads and opportunities within a customer database or CRM system (ACT, Goldmine, Salesforce, etc.).BENEFITS : Local protected territory.Large stock inventory of equipment.401K with company match.Paid time off for vacation and holidays.Medical, dental, life and disability insurance.
