Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Machine Technician for our NY branch, with machine maintenance and repair experience. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and able to stay focused on delicate tasks while adhering to the highest standards of safety.

Work Environment (Warehouse/Machine Shop): The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. Certain areas of the work environment may have elevated noise levels and require hearing protection.

- Perform preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair problems
- Keep accurate logs for Production Manager and repairs
- Install machinery
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs under warranty, as well as parts needed
- Suggests alternate solutions for increasing machine performance
- Aid in facility repairs and maintenance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous machine maintenance and repair experience is required
