Apartment Maintenance Technician

Our well-established Property Management Firm is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. This position will involve maintaining apartment communities to ensure our residents' safe and comfortable living environment.

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform general maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure all systems are operating efficiently.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Own basic tools and possess reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
