Corporate Counsel – Legal Trailblazer in Health & Wellness Innovation

Now, they are looking for a strategic and business-savvy Corporate Counsel to help navigate complex legal landscapes, mitigate risk, and drive global compliance in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Do - This role is far from routine. As Corporate Counsel, you will be a trusted legal partner across multiple business units, providing expertise in :

Privacy, Cybersecurity & AI – Stay ahead of emerging legal trends and safeguard our Client’s technology and data.

Global Regulatory & Compliance – Ensure compliance with international employment laws, anti-bribery laws, and dietary supplement & cosmetic regulations .

Strategic Contract impact – Draft and review agreements with third parties, vendors, and suppliers.

Policy & Government Affairs – Shape internal policies and liaise with regulatory agencies to advocate for our Client’s business interests.

Cross-functional Legal Leadership – Partner with key stakeholders to provide innovative, business-forward legal solutions.

What You Bring

Law degree with active Utah State Bar admission.
3 years of legal experience (law firm & in-house mix preferred)
Expertise in privacy, cybersecurity, international, employment, and contract law
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex legal matters into actionable, business-friendly solutions
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset— you see legal as a business enabler, not just a gatekeeper
