Sr. Software Engineer - Tempe, Az.
Understand the configuration of Coupa and maintain optimal end-user experience by assessing stakeholders needs, recommending solutions, and making system changes as necessary. Support ongoing maintenance of Coupa by updating workflows, profiles, custom reports, forms, etc. Own the Coupa release / upgrade process by assessing new features, making recommendations to leadership, leading UAT and implementation in close partnership with business and IT teams. Analyze data and proactively surface issues, suggestions, and inferences Act as the go-to person for COUPA inquiries
Support & Training :
Consistently provide 1st class internal support to employees
Assess the training needs of end users and develop / enhance training materials, design a training schedule, and deliver effective training
Compliance :
Maintain proper SOX controls and documentation
Experience / Education :
- 5 years of hands-on administration and configuration experience with Coupa
- Expertise administering and delivering Coupa projects by building approvals, workflows, and complex configurations
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and COUPA upgrade validations.
- Experience with COUPA Expense module.
- Experience in day-to-day COUPA support.
- Good to have knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance ERP modules like employee expense, Accounts Payable and procurement modules.
- Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and implementing ways to improve system performance.
- Process driven individual with excellent communication skills
- Team oriented with a collaborative approach toward problem-solving
- Ability to learn new technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Information Technology preferred)
