PRI is a tenured executive recruiting firm with years of background in placing Estimators. Currently we have a construction client in search of an Estimator with construction experience and work with HeavyBid estimating software. Base salary is between $95K to $125K, depending upon experience, with additional access to 10% to 15% potential performance bonus, $1,200 per month vehicle allowance, full benefits, and help with relocation, if necessary.
This is a full-time, long-term, 100% in-office position with no remote work. It is open due to expansion and can begin immediately. Experience in analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to provide detailed estimates for bidding construction projects is required. Background in CAD is helpful but not necessary. A Degree in Construction Management, or Civil / Environmental Engineering is desirable. Experience in developing RFI's ad clarifications would be beneficial.
