Key Qualifications:

• Management Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a manufacturing or Melt Shop environment.
• Melt Shop Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Melt Shop processes, equipment, and steel pouring operations.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to train, mentor, and guide hourly employees to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Safety Commitment: Solid experience in enforcing safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent skills in analyzing and resolving work-related issues.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing schedules, production tracking, and maintaining accurate time and performance records.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer-based tools for tracking production and managing reports.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and handle sensitive personnel matters.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually
