Description:
Contract Service Desk Analyst are responsible providing support to end users when they contract call the service desk line. The contractor may also be required to take on-call shifts. The contractor must be able to:
Assist employees when they call the services desk
Respond to emails, log tickets, update tickets, and resolve tier 1 support issues
Be the primary owner of a ticket. See the ticket from start to finish to ensure work is finished
Write knowledge base articles to help reduce future tickets and enable our end-users to self-service
Able to lift 35 pounds
Able to work at a desk for an 8-hour shift
The Contractor Service Desk Analyst needs to have knowledge of the following software and frameworks:
Basic ITIL Concepts
Microsoft 365
Microsoft Office
Experience supporting iOS devices
Experience troubleshooting technical issues
Experience providing support in a remote environment
