What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Office Specialist position at Professional Safety Solutions LLC?
We are looking to add an office admin to our team at Professional Safety Solutions. We are a small business located in Broussard, LA.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in excel, word and pdf
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be reliable and can work 40 hours per week
- High school diploma
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Job responsibilities will consist of data entry, running reports, gathering information, comparing data, saving certifications, creating forms/handouts and many other tasks that arise due to client needs.
This position will pay between $12 - $15 depending on experience and skills with room to grow and move up as the company grows. IRA with up to 3% company match and company paid life insurance.
