This role is focused on driving revenue growth, executing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships to support the company’s continued success.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IT sales within the MSP space and a strong ability to connect with clients and deliver tailored solutions. Sales Manager with an existing book of business would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Execution : Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Market Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting of opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including operations and technical staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Candidates with an existing book of business would be preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
