Operational Schedule: 40 hour shift set within operational hours of Monday - Wednesday 7:00AM - 8:00PM CST, Thursday - Friday 7:00AM - 7:00PM CST. One evening until close.
Salary and Benefits: $14 - $19 DOE & eligible for competitive multi-tiered production-based commission structure paid out monthly with a 10% guarantee for the first 3 months.

Summary
Notifies or locates customers with accounts and attempts to secure payment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Mails form letters to customers to encourage payment.
Confers with customer by telephone or email in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer, and attempt to gain resolution.
Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.
Edits account status to move account through the collection process.
Complete necessary industry and company trainings with favorable scores (as determined by the company).
Refers account along for legal collection.
Traces customer to gather new contact information.
Contact attorneys regarding extraneous circumstances, per management approval.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
