JOB SUMMARY:
Mental Health Therapists will conduct mental health assessments, provide therapeutic services and crisis intervention to youth and families participating in agency programs as well as referrals from a variety of sources (i.e. physicians, courts, schools, social service agencies, etc.). These services will be delivered in individual, family and group situations.
We give our licensed therapists additional group supervision time for collaboration and support. Our part-time therapists are paid hourly for all hours worked, including for supervision and other company meetings. Come join our team!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF OUR MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST:
- Interview and evaluate children and families to complete the intake process.
- Assess the therapeutic needs of clients and complete formal assessments.
- Formulate, implement, evaluate and review client treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy in accordance with treatment plans.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in addressing family system, mental health, parenting, and alcohol/drug issues through individual, family, or group counseling.
- Provide thorough and accurate updates on clients and make appropriate recommendations in regular and special staffings.
- Coordinate services and maintain communication with all service providers involved with the clients.
LOCATION: Our Clinic is located at 2333 Northwestern Avenue, Racine, Wisconsin. Hybrid work opportunity with both in-person and telehealth sessions.
SCHEDULE: The schedule for all Mental Health Therapist positions is flexible but does require some evening hours to accommodate client schedules.

REQUIREMENTS:
- All applicants must possess a Master's Degree and licensure to provide therapy in the State of Wisconsin.
- Must possess a Wisconsin LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, or LCSW.
