We're hiring a compassionate and motivated ISDE Worker to support adults in building life skills and achieving personal goals through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program.
🔑 Position Overview
As an ISDE Worker, you will:
✅ Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to adults with mental health needs
✅ Help clients build life skills like budgeting, job readiness, and social connection
✅ Create and implement individualized goals for personal growth
✅ Facilitate structured activities and provide emotional support
✅ Respond to crises with care and professionalism
✅ Safely transport clients as needed

Location: Based in Kenosha, WI - local travel required (🚗 mileage reimbursement provided)

Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
