We're hiring a compassionate and motivated ISDE Worker to support adults in building life skills and achieving personal goals through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program.
π Position Overview
As an ISDE Worker, you will:

Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to adults with mental health needs

Help clients build life skills like budgeting, job readiness, and social connection
β
Create and implement individualized goals for personal growth
β
Facilitate structured activities and provide emotional support
β
Respond to crises with care and professionalism
β
Safely transport clients as needed

Location: Based in Kenosha, WI - local travel required (π mileage reimbursement provided)

Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours between 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM, MondayβFriday
