Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in administration and property management? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our company and property boards, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Manage office operations, correspondence, and documentation with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks for reporting, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
  • Attend board and committee meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record meeting minutes.
  • Maintain organized records, contracts, and compliance documents for multiple properties.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in administrative management, office coordination, or property management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with board members, vendors, and homeowners.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to attend evening & weekend meetings as needed.
