Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between our company and property boards, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Manage office operations, correspondence, and documentation with efficiency and professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks for reporting, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
- Attend board and committee meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record meeting minutes.
- Maintain organized records, contracts, and compliance documents for multiple properties.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative management, office coordination, or property management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with board members, vendors, and homeowners.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to attend evening & weekend meetings as needed.
