Position: Maintenance Employee
Location: Osage Beach
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability and functionality of all facilities and equipment.
- Perform indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks including but not limited to mowing, landscaping, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
- Handle pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and chemical balancing.
- Conduct routine dock maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and manual labor.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Reliable transportation.
