Introduction
The Human Resource (HR) Coordinator role is designed to support HR operations and administration. This position ensures that the HR department runs smoothly by assisting with various HR-related tasks. The HR Coordinator provides vital support to the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Onboard new hires in company databases such as Monday.com and ADP.
- Assist with offboarding activities, including conducting exit interviews and preparing termination paperwork.
Employee Records Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Update HR databases with new hire information, changes, and terminations.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations for employee information.Benefits Administration
Assist employees with medical benefits-related questions.Coordinate open enrollment and manage medical benefit changes.Update benefits records and process benefits paperwork.Add weekly medical payroll deductions to employee pay profiles in ADP.Notify employees of their eligibility to enroll in the company retirement plan and coordinate their enrollment.Add weekly retirement plan or retirement loan payments to employee pay profiles in ADP.Perform weekly retirement plan uploads.Payroll Support
Support payroll processing by ensuring timesheets are accurate and complete.Assist with payroll changes, deductions, and adjustments.Address payroll inquiries from employees.Compliance and Policy Management
Help ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Conduct periodic audits of HR files and records.Other Duties
Assist the recruiting team with branding resumes, when available.Help resolve minor employee concerns.Perform other duties as needed.Requirements
2-3 years of HR experience at an assistant level.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.ADP Workforce Now experience preferred but not required.Excellent organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database software, email, and internet.Familiarity with navigating various AI tools.Strong interpersonal skills and time management, with keen attention to detail.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
