Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics and Information Technology Support Services. We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team of professionals in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Actively participates and materially contributes to the technical aspects of defining, documenting, and implementing development best practices (standards, processes and procedures).
- Actively participates in JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions to collect, document and validate end-user data, application and report requirements.
- Collaborates with teammates to support both legacy and new applications and instructs users with correct application usage.
- Engages in all aspects of the applications development life cycle - Discover, Define, Design, Development and deploy applications in support of the priorities of the organization.
- Maintains knowledge of new, development techniques and / or technologies and their application within the healthcare sector.
- Participates effectively as part of on-call rotation with teammates.
- Participates effectively in formal and informal team events and discussions.
- Proactively suggests considerations for optimal application testing and actively participates in such validation and testing methodologies.
