Bilingual (English / Spanish) Customer Service Representative ($22 / hr)
This position offers the option to work hybrid after a 3-week training period, with mandatory in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will connect community members to health and human service resources based on their needs and location. This role is perfect for individuals with call center and phone-based customer service experience who are passionate about supporting underrepresented populations. The most critical need is for bilingual call takers who speak both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess caller needs and eligibility for health and human service resources
- Enter accurate and complete information in multiple online platforms / systems
- Provide appropriate and accurate referrals to local agencies / programs
- Maintain data integrity, protocols, and guidelines
- Work with chat, text, and email platforms to provide information and resources
