We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to join our real estate development team in the low-income housing sector. This high-level role offers a competitive base salary of $160,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with 80% health coverage, up to 4 weeks of vacation, 11 paid holidays, and a 401K match. The position is hybrid, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The Controller will play a crucial role in financial management, reporting, and team leadership, providing essential insights to senior leadership to drive sound corporate decisions.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the accounting team, overseeing financial management, reporting, and analysis
• Track cash flows, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to leadership
• Delegate and review team work, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Provide strategic insights and reporting to owners for informed decision-making
• Focus primarily on corporate financials, with minimal involvement in construction or property accounting
