Direct Care Worker up to $27 / hr - Opportunity for Direct Hire
We are looking for caring and committed Direct Care Workers to help residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities. Your role will involve supporting a group of adult residents, many of whom face mobility challenges and require physical assistance in their daily activities.
Responsibilities :
- Aid individuals in habilitative, behavioral, and recreational programs
- Offer physical assistance as necessary to ensure residents' well-being
- Help residents with daily living tasks, including self-care, hygiene, leisure activities, and social skills
- Participate in individual meetings and accompany residents to various appointments
- Use state vehicles to transport residents to work, recreational, and other activities
