Director of Finance with Real Estate Experience
We are seeking a Director of Finance to join our dynamic team, offering a competitive salary, a bonus structure and a clear path to advancement towards a Chief Financial Officer role. This pivotal position will start by overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting, and management of private equity and real estate investments.
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant accounting experience in the real estate industry
- CPA designation preferred
- Experience with open-ended funds and fair value GAAP reporting highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of REIT compliance and experience with corporate accounting
- Understanding of payroll and benefits within an accounting framework
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
