Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $45 / hr - Elderly Home
We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and professional Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in delivering patient-centered care to our residents. As an LPN, you will oversee a designated unit, promoting collaboration across various disciplines. In this role, you'll help develop and implement individualized care plans in line with nursing standards, policies, and procedures, while nurturing positive relationships with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality care to veteran residents by assessing their health and addressing their needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and care plans in coordination with RNs and medical staff
- Build meaningful and supportive relationships with residents and their families to enhance care and education
- Engage in continuous professional growth and stay current with nursing best practices
