The Medical Supply CEO is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company, overseeing all aspects of operations including sales, customer service, billing, compliance, and quality assurance, while ensuring the company meets financial goals, adheres to healthcare regulations, and provides high-quality Durable Medical Equipment (DME) products to patients. The Medical Supply CEO will be heavily involved in managing relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.

The Medical Supply CEO is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company, overseeing all aspects of operations including sales, customer service, billing, compliance, and quality assurance, while ensuring the company meets financial goals, adheres to healthcare regulations, and provides high-quality Durable Medical Equipment (DME) products to patients. The Medical Supply CEO will be heavily involved in managing relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a long-term vision for the company, including market analysis, product diversification, and growth strategies to stay competitive in the healthcare landscape.
- Develop and implement growth into new markets and payer sources, diversifying the company over the foreseeable future.
- IE Retail, Retail Website, Medicare, Private Insurance, etc..
- Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and budgeting to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee all aspects of company operations, including inventory management, delivery logistics, patient intake, product fitting, and billing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations related to company, such as DOL guidelines, including proper documentation and billing practices.
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to maintain a positive reputation and secure business.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to attract new customers, promote company products and services, and build partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Implement and maintain quality standards for DME products and services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team across all departments, including sales representatives, customer service representatives, delivery personnel, and billing specialists.
- Develop, implement, train employees on processes across all departments
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years understanding of the DME industry, including Medicare/Medicaid regulations, billing codes, and reimbursement mechanisms.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a healthcare setting, including experience in sales, operations, and customer service.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and ability to implement effective compliance programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, providers, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term business goals.
- Experience in Sales related CRM such as Brightree .
