Business / Systems Analyst - Contract role until 6 / 30 / 2025 with possible extension
Location : On Site, Tallahassee, FL 32301
Pay : $53 / hr
Availability : Mon - Fri 7 : 00a-7 : 00p, Saturday rotation required
Summary :
We are seeking a Business / Systems Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for software development projects, including an Identity Administration and Governance solution. This role involves facilitating workshops, creating use cases and business rules, developing and executing test plans, and overseeing UAT and regression testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Project, Power BI), and experience with Microsoft DevOps are required.
Responsibilities :
- Research and understand business processes, including the Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) system.
- Facilitate joint analysis workshops with business units.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Lead and coordinate development team activities.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to develop technical specifications and documentation.
- Coordinate data migration and development teams.
- Create detailed use cases, business rules, and requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
- Track bugs and backlog items using Microsoft DevOps.
- Provide daily updates to the Project Management Team.
- Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards.
