Our client seeks an experienced immigration attorney to join their dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with colleagues, clients, and foreign nationals to provide comprehensive immigration legal services.
Responsibilities :
- Case Preparation and Strategy : Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters. Develop in-depth knowledge of client cases, including employment-based immigration petitions (EB1, EB2-NIW, PERM, I-485, L-1, H1B, O-1, etc.).
- Legal Research and Analysis : Conduct thorough legal research to identify applicable statutes and judicial decisions, and develop innovative solutions to complex immigration issues.
- Client Communication and Education : Effectively communicate with clients and foreign nationals, explaining legal terminology clearly and concisely. Provide training on immigration law and regulatory updates.
- Teamwork and Collaboration : Partner with colleagues to share information, resolve client issues, and support team projects.
- Case Management and Supervision : Manage diverse caseloads, meet tight deadlines, and supervise paralegal staff to ensure accurate and timely document preparation.
