Professional Staffing Services is seeking a customer service oriented Medical Receptionist for a pathology billing office. Qualified candidates must have the following :
- Excellent customer service skills
- Communication skills to assist patients with their accounts.
- Experience with insurance rejections.
- Experience with ICD-10
- Ability to appeal claims that have been denied in error.
- Multi-tasking skills
- Be able to work on-site in Orlando, FL
- Drug-free
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to undergo a background check.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Pay rate : $15-$16 / hr
- Full-Time Contract-Hire
