Summary :
The Digital Print Production Specialist III is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for leading and executing complex digital print production operations. This role requires a strong understanding of pre-press, digital printing, and finishing techniques, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Production : Oversee and guide junior team members in daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Digital Print Expertise :
Operate and maintain high-end digital presses (e.g., Xerox DocuTecs / DC8000, Rizzos) for both color and black & white printing.
Independently set up and operate a variety of finishing equipment, including but not limited to : stitching / trimming, folding, guillotining, binding, laminating, and other relevant finishing processes.
Conduct rigorous quality inspections on all printed materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality.
Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide exceptional service.
Proficient in pre-press software such as Xerox Free Flow or equivalent.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall department performance.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced print production environment.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
