About the Role :
Join our client's dynamic Servicing team for a 6-month contract and play a vital role in supporting 1.2 million owners and a $3 billion portfolio across Vacation Resorts.
As a Servicing Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately updating account information, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with critical financial processes. You'll contribute to maintaining the high service standards and supporting the strategic objectives of the resorts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management & Customer Support (60%) :
- Provide detailed account and ownership information to owners and business partners.
- Accurately update systems of record.
- Manage critical financial processes, including credit reporting (eOscar), customer refunds (Traction, RIO, Mainframe), ownership point reconciliations (TUG, Mainframe), account histories, and amortization schedules (Blackbird, Mainframe).
- Conduct thorough account research and reconciliation.
- Quality Assurance & Problem Resolution (20%) :
- Monitor service standards and proactively identify and report potential issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Data Security & Confidentiality (10%) :
- Protect sensitive information in accordance with WVO PCI and PII guidelines.
- Continuous Learning (5%) :
- Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices.
