What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst CRM position at Professional Staffing Ventures?
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst /Systems Analyst with proven experience working with CRM or BPM platforms that can organize, structure, and meet deliverables for a large-scale company-wide CRM integration!
This individual will play a critical IT role in helping with the creation and implementation of the company-wide Creatio rollout and will work directly with the lead, as well as interact with department executives and report to the CEO. You will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders, including the executive team and end users, to provide user support while also communicating and partnering with API to deliver the vision and strategy, translating business needs into action.
PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION WILL BE MOLDED AROUND THE CAPABILITIES OF THE INDIVIDUAL SELECTED - if you are a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, System Admin, Software Engineer, or Developer with no code / low code Creatio experience, the team is seeking the right fit and will tailor the position on the basis of the individual's skill set as long as they meet the core requirements of the position thus the salary range is reflective DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting requirements from multiple stakeholders and finding out the department’s business needs.
- Creating optimal solution designs.
- CRM customization with no-code instruments. Configuring and customizing the system based on business requirements.
- Using a data-based approach in problem-solving.
- Keeping track of tasks in Jira
- Following the process for managing tasks
- Documenting solutions
- Performing testing
- Writing instructions for user testing
- Troubleshooting
- Creating new users
- Performing root cause analysis
Qualifications:
- California candidate residing near the Greater Sacramento area, able to commute to the office – this is an onsite in-office position
- No-code CRM customization experience, Creatio experience is highly desired!
- Experience with full software development lifecycle is required.
- Must have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively — both verbally and in writing.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in complete SDLC of IT projects, from start to finish.
- Proven knowledge of BPMN.
- Understanding IT solutions architecture.
- Must have experience with CRM software.
- Ability to identify issues and test assumptions.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Local Candidates - MUST RESIDE NEAR GREATER SACRAMENTO! Possible hybrid, once proven and upon management approval discussion will work from office up to 4 days a week.
In rare a circumstance, will consider relocation for ideal IT professional having Creatio BA or Creatio Development experience. If self relocating to the Greater Sacramento area, please provide details in the questions section. Out-of-state candidates will be eliminated on the basis of direct hands-on Creatio experience.
