We are seeking a talented IT Technical Support Specialist located in the Greater Sacramento area with proven experience providing administrative support and technical support working with Excel and CRM platforms. This position will travel between two offices in the Greater Sacramento area, supporting end users during the large-scale company-wide CRM integration playing a key role with user training and support!
The Technical Support Specialist will play a critical IT role, supporting all departments in day-to-day CRM user administrative support and maintaining overall business data integrity. Working closely with internal stakeholders in various departments, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining department dashboards and helping with reporting.
Responsibilities :
- CRM and User Administrative Support
CRM User Setup and password resets
Regular Audits and Reviews of Project Data, perform cleanup / updates as needed
Skills and Qualifications :
MUST RESIDE IN / NEAR GREATER SACRAMENTO! 100% in-office position
